Description villa Praya
Villa Praya lies approx. 4 km. east of Carvoeiro, a lovely Portuguese fishing village with lots of restaurants and shops. It is located in a protected resort on top of a cliff right above the Atlantic Ocean.
The resort has lots of facilities such as 2 tennis courts, mini golf , a children’s playground, an Italian restaurant and a communal swimming pool (the villa has its own private pool). The beach Praia do Carvalho is only a 5 min. walk away. In Carvoeiro you will find fantastic golf courses, tennis courts, restaurants and shops.
Villa Praya comprises two floors.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with fire place and satellite TV, a dining area and a modern fully equipped kitchen. The living area opens onto a covered terrace with outdoor dining area and a BBQ. Further on this floor 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom.
On the top floor there are 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom. Splendid sea view from the terrace on this floor and from the roof top terrace.
Villa Praya lies in a well-tended garden with private pool, that can be heated against a supplement. There is a small annex near the pool with a double bedroom that can be rented against a supplement.
