Description villa Jamy
This superb holiday villa is located near Benagil and Carvoeiro in the Algarve (Portugal). It is only a 15 min. walk to one of the most beautiful beaches of the Algarve,dLa Marinha beach. There are several restaurants close by in addition to the facilities in the nearby towns of Benagil and Carvoeiro.
Villa Jamy comprises three floors.
On the ground floor there is a spacious split-level living area with 2 seating areas, a dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar. Furthermore on this floor a guest toilet, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom. There is a large flat screen satellite TV with Sonos sound system, DVD player and Playstation 4. Patio doors open onto a large covered terrace with lounge area, outdoor dining area and gas BBQ.
On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms. The master bedroom with dressing area and en suite bathroom has access to a large furnished terrace with panoramic sea view. The second double bedroom with en suite bathroom has also access to this terrace, while the third bedroom is overlooking the driveway on the northern side of the villa.
On the lower ground floor there is a spacious suite with seating area, sofa bed, bathroom with shower and a small kitchen with oven, fridge and dishwasher. This bedroom has direct access to the garden and a small patio.
Villa Jamy lies in a well-tended garden with large infinity pool (12 x 6) that can be heated against a supplement. The pool is surrounded by a large terrace with sun loungers, sun umbrellas and a double hammock. There is a pool shower with toilet.
