Description villa Inez
This recently built contemporary holiday villa is located in a quiet residential area on an elevated position with breath taking views of the cliffs and the ocean. It is only a 5 min. walk to the beach and several restaurants and 15 min. to the vibrant centre of Carvoeiro with shops, restaurants and bars. All rooms are south facing allowing excellent sea view.
Villa Inez comprises two floors.
On the ground floor there is a spacious open plan living/dining area with fire place and satellite TV and a modern fully fitted kitchen. Glass patio doors open onto the terrace with pool. Furthermore on this floor there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a guest toilet and 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom and the master bedroom with king size bed and en suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have access to the large terrace on this floor with spectacular sea view. There is also a roof top terrace with panoramic view of the green surroundings and the Atlantic Ocean.
The pool is surrounded by a terrace with sun beds and sun umbrellas and can be heated against a supplement. There is an outdoor kitchen with bar, sink, wine fridge and BBQ.
There is also an additional poolside bedroom (twin beds) with en suite facilities.
All bedrooms have flat screen satellite TV.
