This modern holiday villa lies in the quiet villa area Sesmarias not far from the centre of Carvoeiro with restaurants, bars and shops. It is only 1,5 km. to the beach and 2 km. to the Gramacho golf course. Several restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Villa Germaine comprises 2 floors.
On the entrance floor you will find a spacious living/dining area with comfortable sofas and satellite TV as well as a fully equipped modern kitchen. To the left of the living area there is a bedroom with bunk beds, tot the left you will find 3 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a separate guest toilet.

Stairs lead down to the pool level with 2 bedrooms: 1 twin bedroom and one large bedroom with double bed and a single bed. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and toilet. An extra bed can be placed in the large bedroom (free of charge) to accommodate 14 persons in total.

The lovely private pool is surrounded by a large terrace with sun beds. There is an outside dining table with BBQ on the first floor terrace and several seating areas around the house.
