This luxury holiday villa lies on the Vale do Milho golf course only 10 walking minutes from Centeanus beach with restaurants, bars and a small supermarket. Here you can rent a boat or enjoy watersports. Rocha Brava with a gym and tennis courts is also within walking distance (10min.). Charming Carvoeiro with numerous restaurants and shops is only a 5 min. drive away.
Holiday villa Doria comprises 2 floors.
On the ground floor there is a spacious open plan living/dining area and a modern fully equipped kitchen. Large sliding doors open onto the large terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture, a dining table for 8 and a Weber gas BBQ. Furthermore on this floor 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom and a guest toilet. These bedrooms have direct acces to the garden and pool.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one twin and one double. These bedrooms share a large family bathroom with shower and bathtub. Fantastic views from the terrace on this floor.
In the well-tended garden lies a large salt water swimming pool (9 x 4) surrounded by a terrace and lawn with sun beds and parasol. The pool can be heated against a supplement. The garden is fully fenced and there is ample parking space for several cars.
