Holiday villa Moira is built in on two levels, the ground floor and above that three separate towers, each with its own entrance by a flight of stairs. A lovely driveway leads to the main entrance of the villa. 

The spacious entrance hall opens into the drawing room with comfortable sofas around a fire place and TV set. There is a second sitting area looking out over garden and swimming pool. There is a card table with 4 chairs. 

The adjoining dining room seats 14. This spectacular room has two folding walls, which connect the dining room to the large terrace with outdoor fire place. The rooms are very tastefully appointed and decorated in a Moorish style. 

The fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances. On the ground floor you will find the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and three double bedrooms, also with ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom opens onto the terrace. Further on this floor a guest lavatory and a storage/ironing room.

Above the master bedroom on the ground floor there is a tower with a second very large master bedroom. It has a beautiful ensuite bathroom and a private terrace. The other two towers also have a double bedroom each with ensuite bathroom and terrace.  

The tower bedrooms offer maximum privacy. All bedrooms are decorated in a different color and are provided with a large ceiling fan. The drawing room opens onto the large, partly covered terrace. The eight-shaped swimming pool area is incorporated in the terrace. The pool can be heated. There is a private tennis court.

At one side of this holiday villa there is a small annex for a nanny. It comprises a bedroom with bathroom and has its own entrance.  There is ample parking space. The delightful garden has lots of palm trees and a large lawn, ideal for children (there is a swing).

Between Villa Moira and Villa Alria there is an annex for 6 persons (not always available) that can be rented in combination with the villa. (Villa Moira CA 383-2 accommodates 14 persons and Villa Moira plus annex  CA 383-3 accommodates 20 persons).

Location

This luxury holiday villa rental is located approx. 1,5 km. from Carvoeiro (Algarve), only 1000 mtr. from the beach. It is  only a 3 min. drive to the centre of Carvoeiro and 45 min. to Faro airport.  Three golf courses within a 10 min. drive. Beach at walking distance, but also accessible by car.
