This extraordinary vacation villa (460 m2) is located in a beautiful nature reserve about 400 m. above sea level, commanding great views of the mountains and the valley of Calvia towards the sea. This villa comprises a horse-stable and horses, that can be rented on request.
Villa Talpa comprises two floors.
There is a large patio with dining table for at least 10 persons, a grill and two comfortable seating areas. Inside there is a spacious lounge/dining room and a modern fully equipped kitchen.
