This lovely holiday villa lies in a quiet residential area near the exclusive yacht harbour Port Adriano in southwestern Mallorca. It is only a 25 min. drive to the capital Palma de Mallorca with lots of interesting sights and a few minutes to several beaches.
Holiday villa Rosita comprises 2 floors.
On the ground floor there is a spacious open plan living/dining area with comfortable sofas and satellite TV and a modern fully equipped kitchen. Sliding doors lead out to both a south facing and a west facing terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture and breath taking sea view.
On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms: the master bedroom with large double bed and en suite bathroom and 2 double bedrooms with a shower room each. These bedrooms have access to the terrace on this floor with splendid sea view.
Holiday villa Rosita (220 m2) lies in a garden of 1030 m2 with palm trees and Mediterranean plants. The pool (7,5 x 4,5) has a separate paddling pool with a depth of 0,60 mt. The swimming pool is surrounded by a terrace with sun beds, sun umbrellas and a large Balinese bed. The pool can be heated against a supplement. On the first floor terrace there is a covered outdoor dining area for 8 with gas BBQ.
