It is only a 10-15 min. ride to the lovely golf courses of Santa Ponsa or just a few minutes to the well-known yacht harbours Puerto Portals, Port Adriano and Port Nautico.

On the ground floor there is a spacious split-level living/dining area, a modern fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and a TV room with comfortable sofas and a flat screen satellite TV with DVD player. Furthermore on this floor a laundry room with washing machine, a guest toilet and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and air conditioning.
