This exclusive villa sits on a large estate together with four other villas of the Residence Royale program (no. 289, 291, 473 and 486).
Villa Del Fattore comprises three floors. The entrance hall leads into a spacious living room with comfortable sofas around a fire place and TV. The maximum capacity of 5 villas together is approx. 80 persons. Each villa has its own private swimming pool and is surrounded by a large garden, offering complete privacy.
Villa Del Fattore is a gorgeous Tuscan countryhouse, very conveniently located near Florence, Lucca and Pisa in Tuscany. The sandy beaches of Viareggio and the exclusive Forte dei Marmi are only a 30 min. drive away.
The formal dining room seats up to 24 persons. The large fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances. Further on this floor a desk area with computer facilities and two guest bathrooms.
Therec are 10 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. All bedrooms are airconditioned and are equipped with a hairdryer, bathrobes and pool towels.
This exclusive villa has been very tastefully appointed and decorated throughout. There is outdoor and indoor wireless internet access.The garden is a delight. There is a flood-lit swimming pool and comfortable garden furniture for al fresco dining. Guests of villa Del Fattore may use the available mountainbikes. There is ample parking space.
Villa Del Fattore can be rented with 10 bedrooms (LU485-1) or 7 bedrooms (LU485-2).
