This luxury holiday villa lies on top of a hill near Siena enjoying breath taking views across the Chianti hills and the valley of d’Orcia. Villa Orcia is surrounded by a lovely, completely fenced garden with automatic entrance gate. It is only 1,5 km. to the nearest village with supermarket, bakery, chemist and bus stop to Siena.
Villa Orcia comprises 3 floors.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining room (50 m2) with fire place and satellite TV, a fully equipped modern kitchen and 3 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom. The living area opens onto a covered terrace with dining table for 10. The lovely pool (12 x 6) is surrounded by a terrace with sun beds. There is another terrace on the northside of the house, perfect place to relax.
On the first floor you will find 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom (shower) and a separate toilet.
