This modern holiday villa lies on a hill near Campagnato enjoying breath taking views across the valley. Villa Campagna sits on a large estate (4 ha) with olive grove and a small wood. The owners live on the estate as well, however the villa has full privacy.
It is 11 km. to Campagnato with restaurants and shops and 15 km. to Grosseto. Supermarket and various shops at a distance of 7 km. The beach at Marina di Grosseto is only 28 m. away.
Villa Campagna comprises 2 floors.
On the lower level (garden level) there is a spacious living room with fire place, satellite TV and a large window with panoramic views across the valley. There is a fitness area with sauna, bathroom and a large terrace.
On the upper floor (pool level) you will find a modern fully equipped kitchen with dining area and 3 double bedrooms (180 x 200) each with en suite bathroom (shower). All bedrooms have access to the covered terrace on this floor. There is a small office with WiFi internet.
Holiday villa Campagna sits in a well-tended garden with several terraces. The lovely pool (8 x 5) is surrounded by a terrace with deck chairs. The pool with hot water shower can be heated between May and September (free of charge). There is a nice outdoor kitchen with BBQ, a gas ring and a large dining table.
