This lovely vacation villa lies in the hamlet Solcio di Lesa with shops, restaurants and bars. Lesa lies in between Arosa (7 km) and the well-known Stresa (10 km) with its beautiful lakeside promenade. From here you can take a ferry to the Borromeo islands or a train to Milano, Torino or Lugano.
Vacation villa Summer comprises 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining room with fire place and satellite TV. There is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area and a guest toilet. Further on this floor 1 twin bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower.
On the top floor there are 3 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom. One bedroom can only be accessed from the balcony.
Vacation villa Summer sits in a lovely, well-tended garden (2000 m2) with a large private pool surrounded by a terrace with sun beds and sun umbrellas. The pool can be heated against a supplement. For the safety of young children the pool area can be closed by a gate (on request).
