Description holiday villa Nicoletta
This unique holiday villa lies in the little village of Ispra, only 800 m. from the village centre with restaurants, bars and shops. There is a small marina and a lovely lake front promenade. From the charming village Angera (6 km) with scenic castle La Rocca you can take the ferry to Ancona. Holiday villa Nicoletta lies approx.. 15 km. from Laveno with a regular ferry service to Stresa, Verbania and the Borromeo islands.
The luxury holiday villa (400 m2) comprises 3 floors.
The entrance is on the first floor and leads into a spacious open plan living/dining room with large windows overlooking the lake and access to the terrace on this floor with sun beds and a dining area ideal for al fresco dining.
There is a fully equipped modern kitchen with access to an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and wood oven. Further on this floor you will find a lounge area with comfortable sofas and fire place.
On the top floor there 3 air conditioned bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms with its own bathroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom.
On the ground floor there is a lounge area with comfortable sofa, satellite TV and music system, connected to a covered patio with fire place.
There is a new extension consisting of a very spacious suite with a kitchenette, table, armchairs, desk, sofa and satellite TV. It features a large double round bed with fabulous views across the pool towards the lake and a bathroom with shower, sauna and Jacuzzi with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake. The 5th twin bedroom has an en suite bathroom.
This luxury holiday villa sits in a lovely terraced garden with large infinity pool with countercurrent swimming system and a pool shower. The pool is surrounded by a large lawn with sun beds and a lovely gazebo with comfortable sofas. The pool can be heated against a supplement. Stone steps lead down to the pebble beach.
