Holiday villa Lavena is situated on a quiet location near Nebbiuno (1,5 km) with a few restaurants, bar, a bakery and a grocery shop. It is 4 km. down to the lake with small beaches and watersports facilities and 16 km. to well-known Stresa with a lovely lakeside promenade, restaurants, bars and shops. Here you can hop on a ferry to the famous Borromeo islands.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining room with comfortable sofas, satellite TV and access to the terrace with outdoor dining table and fantastic views across the lake. There is a modern fully fitted kitchen with breakfast table. Further on this floor a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. These bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.
On the lower floor with access to garden and pool you will find a TV room with satellite TV and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom.
