This exclusive holiday villa is located in Pianello del Lario on Lake Como with direct lake access and private boat mooring. From here you can take a ferry to beautiful Menaggio, the picturesque village Bellagio “the pearl of the lake”, or to the medieval village Varenna. This luxury holiday villa has been very tastefully appointed and decorated in a contemporary Italian style.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and satellite TV, a dining room for 14, a music room with piano and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. Further on this floor there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a bedroom with bathroom for f.e. a nanny.
On the first floor there is a second living area with access to a terrace with spectacular views of Lake Como. There are 5 double/twin bedrooms with air conditioning and en suite bathroom.
There is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer on the lower level.
