Description holiday villa Azzura
Villa Azzura lies directly at the lake and a pebble beach near Lezzeno, only 5 km. from well-known Bellagio with a lot of good restaurants and shops. It is only 1 km. to Lezzeno with supermarket and a ferry service to nearby towns on the shore of lake Como. Membership to the Bellagio Sporting Club with swimming pools, tennis courts and restaurant is included in the rental fee.
The villa comprises 3 floors.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining room with satellite TV and access to a lovely dining terrace with wonderful views across the lake. There is a modern fully fitted kitchen with dining area and access to the terrace. Furthermore on this floor a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. Two bedrooms have a queen size bed, the third has 2 single beds (can be put together). All bedrooms have access to the terrace on this floor with amazing lake view.
On the top floor you will find the 4th bedroom with double sofa bed, small living area and a bathroom with shower.
The lovely well-tended garden (800 m2) borders the lake and the pebble beach. There are 2 bikes and 2 canoes at the disposal of the guests of villa Azzura.
