Holiday villa Ancona lies in a quiet area in Ranco on Lake Maggiore, yet only 500 mtr. from the village centre with supermarket, a bakery and restaurants. It is only 3 km. to the charming village of Angera with its imposing castle La Rocca and a lovely boardwalk along the lakeside. There is a regular ferry service to Arona. From Lavena you can easily visit Stresa, Verbania and the famous Borromeo islands.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living area with satellite TV and access to the pool terrace with dining table for 8 and a table football table. The kitchen has all mod cons. At the backside of the villa there is a lovely glass porch (with air conditioning on request) with dining table and TV. Further on this floor a bedroom with double and single bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there is a lovely terrace at the frontside of the villa with wonderful lake view. There are 3 bedrooms: a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunkbeds, a bedroom with small double bed (140 cm) and a bathroom with bathtub.
