Villa Francesca is situated on a hill above Meina, only 1,5 km. from the village center. This spacious villa (600 m2) sits in a delightful garden (3800 m2) with large pool with paddling pool and a bar with fridge and BBQ. Fabulous views across the village and the lake.

The entrance is on the middle floor. There is a spacious sitting room with fire place, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The sitting room opens onto a terrace with panoramic lake view. A few steps lead up to three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

On the top floor there is a small sitting room and a double bedroom with extra single bed and a bathroom with shower.

On garden level you will find a lounge area with comfortable sofas and children´s toys and a wellness area with sauna, Turkish bath and a large Jacuzzi bath.
