Villa description
This magnificent villa is regarded is one of the finest properties on the Dalmatian Riviera. Villa Diane is situated in a sheltered bay and enjoys breathtaking, panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea and the Dalmatian isles. The villa itself lies about 10 mtr. above sea level, while its terraces border the Adriatic Sea.
Villa Diane comprises three floors. The villa has been recently refurbished and decorated throughout in very luxurious style. On the ground floor you will find the spacious open plan dining room and kitchen. The dining room seats 14 and has been very tastefully appointed.
The large italian kitchen with breakfast area has all modern appliances. There is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Further on this floor a double bedroom with bathroom. The dining room opens onto a covered terrace with BBQ and a dining table with chairs for al fresco dining. Stairs lead down to the terrace on the lower level.
On the first floor you will find a luxuriously appointed lounge. On this floor there are three bedrooms: a double bedroom with ensuite shower room and two twin bedrooms with adjacent bathrooms. The lounge opens onto a covered terrace.
The upper floor is an independent penthouse with its own entrance, a beautiful lounge, a kitchenette and two double bedrooms each with its own bathroom. There are terraces on three sides commanding spectaculair sea views. There is a jacuzzi with sea view.
The lower level terraces border the Adriatic Sea. There is a bathing platform with steps into the sheltered bay, ideal for swimming. There is deluxe outdoor furniture including sun loungers, umbrellas, etc. There is a mooring and a resident 21 ft speed boat with skipper on request (against a supplement).
Villa Diane has airconditioning in every room, satellite TV with plasma screen, a home cinema system, a BBQ and a table tennis table. Daily maid service supervised by the villa manager.
Location
This exclusive villa is located in Brac, Croatia. Easy accessible through Split airport and a 40 min. ferry ride to Supertar, a village on the isle of Brac. From there it is 30 min. by car to the villa. You will find all facilities in the nearby village of Sumartin, as well as all kind of sport facilites, restaurants, bars, etc. On request you can be transferred by speedboat from the airport to the villa (against a suplement).
