This recently built modern holiday villa is located near Lovka Rogoznica in Dalmatia (Croatia), close to the little town of Omis and 30 km. from Split. Holiday villa Larissa lies within walking distance of the beach (150 m.) and commands spectacular views of the Adriatic Sea.
On the ground floor there is a spacious open plan living/dining area with satellite TV and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The living area opens onto the partly covered pool terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining table and a stone BBQ.
On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms, each with bathroom en suite. All bedrooms have access to the balcony on this floor with spectacular sea view.
In the basement there is a sauna with heated Jacuzzi tub, a fitness room and a bathroom with shower.
Holiday villa Larissa has an additional studio with double sofa bed, a kitchenette, satellite TV and a shower. Upon request this studio can be used as a fourth bedroom.
