This lovely holiday villa lies near Splitska the isle of Brac, only 100 m. from the sea and 200 m. from the nearest beach. Villa Katya was recently renovated and comprises 2 floors and an annex.

On the ground floor there is a spacious open plan living/dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen. The living area gives out to the large terrace with splendid views of the Adriatic Sea and the Dalmatian coastline. On this level you will find the adjoining annex with twin bedroom, bathroom and a small kitchen. There is a covered outdoor dining area for 8 and a built-in BBQ.

On the first floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms with en suite bathroom and a private terrace with wonderful sea view. Further on this floor a laundry room with washing machine and a fitness room. There is a Jacuzzi bath on one of the terraces.

The lovely pool (8 x 4) is surrounded by a large terrace with sun beds. On request the pool can be heated against a supplement.
