Holiday villa Janine lies in the small seaside resort Doli on the Dubrovnik Riviera (Croatia) . Dubrovnik is a wonderful medieval town situated on the still unspoilt Dalmatian Rivièra with its beautiful nature, clear blue sea and white pebble beaches. It can be easily reached in less than 1 hour. Thus luxury holiday villa comprises 2 floors.
On the ground floor there is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons and a dining area for 12 persons. Further on this floor 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom and a children’s bedroom with 3 single beds, LCD TV, a games console and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there is a spacious living area with satellite TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi system and a small wine bar. French doors open onto the terrace on this floor with comfortable outdoor furniture and fabulous views across the sea towards the Elaphite islands.
Further on this floor 2 double bedrooms with walk-in closet, en suite bathroom and satellite TV. One of the bedrooms has a private terrace with breath taking sea view. There is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a fitness room with sauna and walk-in shower and a games room with pool table.
The lovely salt water infinity pool has a separate children’s pool and is surrounded by a large terrace with comfortable sun beds. The pool can be heated against a supplement. There is a covered outdoor dining area with stone BBQ.
