On the ground floor there is a spacious open plan living area with comfortable sofa, a large dining table and a small, fully equipped kitchen. Further on this floor a single bedroom and bathroom.

The living area opens onto a covered terrace, bordering the lovely pool (7 x 4) with sun beds, sun umbrellas and outdoor shower. There is a covered terrace with dining table and an outdoor kitchen with BBQ.

On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two bedrooms have access to the terrace on this floor with partial sea view.
