Villa Evaluna lies first line beach in a lovely villa resort with 24hr security.
On the ground floor there is a spacious open plan living area with fire place, a dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen with access to the terrace. Further on this floor 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom, a bedroom with bunk beds and another double bedroom. These bedrooms share a bathroom with bath tub and shower.
On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms each with en suite bathroom and a TV room.
On the lower floor you will find a games room with pool table, a shower room and a laundry room with washing machine.
The large, completely fenced garden has a private entrance to the sandy beach. There is a fenced swimming pool (11 x 5) surrounded by a large lawn with 14 sun beds and a lovely beachfront dining terrace with BBQ. 1 Kayak for the use of guests of villa Evaluna.
