This exclusive holiday villa is located in Pianello del Lario on Lake Como with direct lake access and private boat mooring. From here you can take a ferry to beautiful Menaggio, the picturesque village Bellagio “the pearl of the lake”, or to the medieval village Varenna. This luxury holiday villa has been very tastefully appointed and decorated in a classic Italian style and comprises 2 floors.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and satellite TV. Eight French doors give access to a large terrace with panoramic views of the lake. There is a dining room for 14, a games room table tennis table and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. Further on this floor there is bathroom with shower accessible for a wheelchair, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and 2 guest toilets. The games room can be turned into a twin bedroom upon request.
On the first floor there are 5 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom. Two bedrooms have access to a terrace with breathtaking views of the lake. Two single bedrooms adjoin two double bedrooms by a connecting door, ideal for children.
The exclusive holiday villa Dana sits in a beautiful garden with a large private pool (8 x 5) surrounded by a terrace with 16 sun beds and sun umbrellas. The pool can be heated upon request. Direct lake and (pebble) beach access from the garden.
Villa Dana is just a few steps from villa Lario and can be rented together f.e. for a wedding or a special event.
