This luxury holiday villa lies in the lovely villa area Elviria in the eastern part of Marbella close to restaurants, shops, golf courses and the beach. Due to its elevated position villa Marita commands breath taking views across the Mediterranean Sea. Holiday villa Marita comprises 3 levels. .
On the entrance level you will find a spacious open plan living/dining area with fire place and satellite TV and a modern fully equipped kitchen with breakfast corner. Further on this floor a double bedroom and a guest bathroom.
On the top floor there is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and a private terrace with stunning sea view.
On the lower floor there are 2 double bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the pool area. Further on this floor there is a second lounge area with 2 sofa beds for extra guests and a kitchenette with fridge/freezer, sink and coffee/tea maker.
Holiday villa Marita has a wonderful infinity pool surrounded by a large, semi-covered terrace with 8 sun beds, and comfortable outdoor furniture. The pool can be heated against a supplement.
