This modern holiday villa lies in a quiet villa area in Troia with 24 hrs. security, only 500 m. from the sandy beach. Lisbon and Setubal are easily reached by a regular ferry service. Villla Torino comprises 2 floors.

On the ground floor there is a spacious open plan living area with fire place, a dining area and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. Further on this floor a laundry room with washing machine, a games room with billiard table and a double bedroom with bathroom.

On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two bedrooms open onto a large terrace. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms.

The slightly elevated swimming pool (9 x 5,5) with paddling pool (depth 0,50 m.) is surrounded by a terrace with 6 sun beds and a sun umbrella. There is another large terrace with dining table and chairs and a BBQ.
