Holiday villa Terracina comprises two floors. The main entrance leads to the two wings of the villa. In the right wing you will find the large living and dining area, tastefully appointed and decorated in light shades.
The dining room seats 6. The spacious fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances. Further in this wing a guest toilet and laundry room with washing machine.
In the left wing there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin and two shower rooms.
On the first floor of the holiday villa you will find the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, satellite TV and a private terrace. Further on this floor two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and one shower room.
The living area opens onto the semi-covered terrace and the delightful garden of 3000 m², commanding spectacular sea views.
The large swimming pool (15 x 8) with roman steps is surrounded by a large terrace with pergola, ideal for outdoor dining. The swimming pool is open from April 28th till October 6th. The mature garden is completely fenced and offers lots of privacy.
A small gate at the bottom of the garden opens onto a small beach. A large beach with beach club, etc. is only 50 mtr. away.
Change-over day: Saturday. Pets allowed against a supplement.

This holiday villa rental lies front line beach, only 100 km (90 min. by car) from Rome airport. It is a 90 min. drive to Naples.
