Villa Bermuda comprises two floors. The entrance hall leads into the spacious living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs. The adjoining dining room seats 8. The spacious fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances.
Further on this floor a guest lavatory and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
On the lower floor on garden level there are three double bedrooms. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, the other two share one bathroom. All bedrooms open onto the garden and heated swimming pool.
The lounge opens onto a large covered terrace with comfortable terrace furniture and a large dining table with chairs for al fresco dining. There is a gas BBQ.
Steps lead down from the terrace to the garden with pool. The swimming pool (11 x 4,5 mtr.) has roman steps and a pool shower. Next to the swimming pool is a (heated) jacuzzi. The pool can be heated against a supplement. The garden is a delight with lots of mediterranean plants and trees.
Pool villa Bermuda has airconditioning (hot and cold) in all rooms. There is parking space for 4 cars. No pets.

This pool villa is located in Marbella (Costa del Sol) between San Pedro de Alcantara and Estepona, close to the sea. It is approx. 10 min. by car to Puerto Banus with large shopping centre, 15 min. to Marbella and 45 min. to Malaga airport. Close to the Guadalmina Golf Club. Six golf courses within a 10 min. drive. 15 minutes walking distance to the centrum San Pedro de Alcantara.
