Villa Bellazul is a superb bungalow located at the beach of Guadalmina Baja not far from San Pedro de Alcantara and Puerto Banus. It is an exceptionally spacious house (1000 m²), beautifully appointed and decorated.
A large delightful garden of 3000 m² with palm trees and colourful flowers surrounds the 12 m round pool. The partly covered terraces command beautiful views of the Mediterranean sea.
The bungalow, which sleeps 12 persons, has been built in a U-shape. The entrance hall leads into a large lounge with fireplace. There is a second lounge, a separate dining room, a large kitchen and a guest lavatory. The bedrooms are situated in the wings.
The master bedroom (70 m²) has an ensuite bathroom, beautifully decorated with a large bath tub and a private terrace. There are three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and two double bedrooms sharing a shower room. The lounge as well as the bedrooms open directly onto the garden and pool.

The villa is situated in a private domain with security surveillance, only 1500 mtrs. from the main road. A tranquil location, yet it is only 2 min. by car to San Pedro de Alcantara with shops and an weekly open air market and to the famous harbour Puerto Banus with a large shopping centre.
Down-town Marbella is only 10 min. away and Malaga airport can be reached within 45 min. There are several championship golfcourses close by.
