Holiday home Lantic 3 comprises two floors. The bedrooms are all on the ground floor, the spacious living and dining area is on the first floor.
From the entrance hall stairs lead up to the first floor with open plan living and dining area, tastefully appointed and decorated with comfortable sofas around a fire place and satellite TV (english and german channels).
The dining room seats 8. The fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances. The living area leads out to a large terrace with breathtaking ocean views.
On the ground floor there are 4 individually appointed double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms open onto the covered terrace with BBQ.
The rectangular shaped pool witzh roman steps borders the terrace. It can be heated against a supplement. There are changing rooms with shower and toilet.
The garden is a delight with lots of colourful flowers. Holiday home Lantic 3 has marble floors throughout, central heating, a safe and a garage.
