Luxury vacation villa Atlantico 10 comprises two floors. The entrance hall leads into a lounge with sofas around a fire place and TV. The separate dining room seats 10. There is a breakfast room for 8 persons.
The adjacent fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances. The laundry room with washing machine and dryer in in the basement.There is a guest cloakroom in the entrance hall.
Further on the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, each with its own private bathroom. On the first floor there are three bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a double bed, a walk-in closet and a luxurious en suite bathroom with hydro-massage bath. The other two twin bedrooms have a shower room each. Spectacular sea views from the first floor terrace.
The lounge and dining room open onto the swimming pool terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture. The swimming pool (7 x 12 m.) with paddling pool is completely fenced and can be heated against a supplement. The delightful garden offers a lot of privacy.
Vacation villa Atlantico 10 has airconditioning, cable TV, a wine cellar and a double garage.
