Quinta do Lago is an exclusive resort in the Algarve set in 2000 acres of beautiful pinewoods, championship golf courses and lakes. It borders the Atlantic Ocean with its fantastic sandy beaches. There is a five-star hotel, many restaurants, shops and various sport facilities, such as tennis, golf, horse-riding and water sports.
The villa comprises two floors. The spacious open plan living and dining room has been tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas around a fire place and TV set.
The dining area seats 8. The beautiful kitchen has all modern appliances. There is a laundry room with washing machine, a study with internet access and a guest toilet in the entrance hall.
There are 4 bedrooms. On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, sharing one bathroom.
On the top floor of the villa you will find the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and a lovely private terrace with nice views over the surrounding countryside. The fourth bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom is also on this floor.
The living room opens onto the semi-covered terrace with BBQ and a dining table with chairs for al fresco dining. Seven steps lead down to the garden and the lovely swimming pool (9 x 5).
The pool with roman steps is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool can be heated against a supplement. The lovely private garden is laid out on different levels and features a waterfall.

This luxury villa is located in the Pinheiros Altos golf complex in Quinta do Lago (Algarve). It is only 5 min. by car to the beach, 2 min. to the shopping centre, 10 min. to Almancil and 20 min. to Faro airport. Five golfcourses within a 10 min. drive. Close to the beach (3 km).
