This wonderful villa with 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and a large private pool lies in a delightful park with lots of magnolia, lemon and olive trees.
Villa Chiglia dates back to the 17th century and was recently restored. It is conveniently located near Florence, Lucca and Pisa.
The sandy beaches of Viareggio and the exclusive Forte dei Marmi are only a 30 min. drive away.
Villa Chiglia comprises three floors. On the ground floor you will find the formal dining room, the kitchen, a laundry room and a guest lavatory. The kitchen has all modern appliances.
On the first floor there is a spacious reception room, an office and three double bedrooms, each with ensuite bahtroom. On the second floor you will find a library, a lounge with home cinema TV and three double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
Villa Chiglia has been very tastefully appointed and decorated in an Italian style.
The garden is a delight and is completely enclosed. There is a wonderful swimming pool of 6 x 13 mtr. with a romantic pergola of bougainvillas.
Location
This villa rental is situated in the hills in the outskirts of Lucca. It is approx. 1 hour by car to Pisa airport, 15 minutes to down-town Lucca, 30 minutes to the beach and 75 minutes to Florence.
