Holiday home Casa Luchessia sits on an elevated hill and comprises three floors. The entrance on the ground floor leads into the spacious living room with comfortable sofas around a fire place. Further on this floor a study with a sofa bed and a shower room.
A spiral staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find the kitchen with fire place, a dining room for 6 and a large bedroom with shower room. The kitchen has all modern appliances.
From this floor you can enter the lovely garden with swimming pool.
From the dining room a spiral staircase leads up to one of the bedrooms in the loft. It has its own bathroom with shower. From this bedroom you reach the second bedroom in the loft, also with its own bathroom.
The first floor opens onto the garden and pool. The garden is a delight with lots of colourful flowers, cypresses and lemon trees. There is a lovely gazebo with outdoor furniture for al fresco dining. From here one can enjoy panoramic views across the rolling countryside towards the Mediterranean Sea.
There is a BBQ and a wood stove for outdoor cooking. Parking place 150 mtr. from the holiday home.
Location
This holiday home rental is situated n the hills above Viareggio (Italy) not far from the beach. It is only 10 min. by car to Viareggio, 20 min. to Lucca, 30 min. to Pisa and 1 hour to Florence.
