Description
The entrance hall with guest lavatory leads into the spacious lounge/dining room, with two lounge suites and a dining suite for 8 persons. Both rooms open onto the terrace.

The large kitchen has all modern appliances and a breakfast area for 6. There is a separate laundry room. Further on this floor a small bedroom without bathroom.

In the basement there is a very nice bodega style TV room and a small sitting room with TV and a sofabed.

The master bedroom is located on the first floor. It has an ensuite bathroom and a large private terrace. Further on this floor three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. On the top floor there is a small bedroom with a bunk bed.

The partly covered terraces have comfortable terrace furniture with a cane lounge suite and a dining suite for outdoor dining. The garden with its large (heated) pool lies a few steps below terrace level and offers complete privacy.

There is a garage for 2 cars and ample parking space.
