Description
This villa comprises two floors. The large entrance hall leads into a huge living area with a sitting room on the left side and a dining room on the right. Villa Colorado has been very tastefully appointed and decorated.

The sitting room has a large leather lounge suite around a fireplace and TV. The dining room seats 8. The spacious fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar for 4 has all modern appliances. Further on this floor a guest lavatory and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a deluxe ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi and a large private terrace. The other two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.

The living area opens onto the large covered terrace with dining and sitting areas. There is new, comfortable terrace furniture including a dining table and chairs for al fresco dining.

The garden is a delight with a large lawn and swimming pool with roman steps. Villa Colorado sits on a height above the golf course and enjoys spectaculair views of the Mediterranean Sea. There is a music system with CD player, satellite TV and telephone.

Location
It is only a few minutes by car to Puerto Banus and San Pedro de Alcantara with many shops, 25 minutes to Marbella and 40 minutes to Malaga airport. It is a mere 700 mtrs. to La Quinta Golf Club. Five 18-hole golf courses within 5 minutes drive.
