Finca Ses Casio is the original villa of the estate Son Blat. This finca has been totally renovated, while maintaining the typical mallorcan building style. It has been very tastefully appointed and decorated.

Finca Ses Casio comprises one floor. There is a lovely lounge with fire place and satellite TV, a separate dining room seating 6 and a fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances. There is a guest toilet and a laundry room with washing machine.

The three spacious double bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and direct access to the garden.

Lounge and dining room open onto the terrace with comfortable terrace furniture and a dining table and chairs for al fresco dining. The lovely private swimming pool is surrounded by a large lawn. The mature garden offers a lot of privacy.

The finca has airconditioning in the bedrooms, heating, satellite TV and a BBQ. There is ample parking space.
