A visit to beautiful Siena and to Pienza, a fine example of a Renaissance town is a must. Rome and Florence can be easily reached by the autostrada.
Holiday home Bolsena comprises two floors and a basement. The entrance hall leads into the living room with fire place. This room has been tastefully appointed and decorated. The dining room seats 8. The typical Italian kitchen with fire place and BBQ has all modern appliances.
Further on this floor a bedroom with bathroom. There is a guest bathroom off the living room.
On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with bathroom and a private terrace, commanding spectacular views of Lake Bolsena. Further on this floor a double bedroom and a bedroom with a French bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom.
In the basement there is a living room and a games room with billiard and table tennis table.
The living room opens onto the semi-covered terraces, perfect for al fresco dining. The swimming pool (12 x 6 mtr.) with roman steps can be heated on request (extra charge).
Next to the pool is a changing room with a hot shower. Breathtaking views of Lake Bolsena from the pool terrace. There is a parking area for several cars.
Location
It is a 2 hour drive to Rome airport or to Florence airport. Distance to Siena 90 km, Pienza 50 km and Arezzo 70 km.
It is only 20 min. by car to Orvieto, from where trains are leaving for every major destination.
Many restaurants nearby serving local food and wines.
