Villa Atlantico 8 comprises two floors. The entrance hall with guest toilet leads into a spacious lounge, dining room and TV room. There are comfortable sofas around a fire place.
The dining room seats 8. The large fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances. The kitchen opens onto the terrace with built-in BBQ. There is a large dining table with 6 chairs for al fresco dining.
On the ground floor there are three double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom.
On the first floor of the villa you will find the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (bath tub and shower) This bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and a private terrace with views of the golf course. Further on this floor a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. This bedroom has a small private terrace.
The semi-covered terrace has nice terrace furniture. Steps lead down to the heated swimming pool. The terrace enjoys nice views of the garden, pool and golf course. The garden offers a lot of privacy. There is ample parking space. No pets.

This rental villa is located in Quinta do Lago in the Algarve (Portugal), bordering the San Lourenço golf course. Close to the shopping centre. It is only 10 min. by car to Almancil and 35 min. to Faro airport. Five golf courses within a 10 min. drive. Close to the beach.
