Holiday home Casa Alria is built in a portuguese style and comprises two floors. This beautiful villa was completely renovated in 2002. The entrance hall leads into the lounge and dining room.
The lounge has comfortable sofas around a fire place and TV set. The spacious dining room seats 10. The adjoining fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances.
On the ground floor you will find 4 double bedrooms. The two bedrooms in the left wing have ensuite bathrooms, the two bedrooms in the right wing share one bathroom. Three bedrooms open directly onto the terrace and garden.
The lounge opens onto the semi-covered terrace with views of the garden and a small lush valley. Next to the kitchen there is a small patio, ideal for al fresco dining.
A marble staircase leads to the second floor. Here you will find the beautiful master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. This bedroom has a private balcony.
The delightful garden has lots of palm trees and a large lawn, ideal for children.
The large kidney-shaped salt water swimming pool (12 x 6 mtr.) is incorporated in a large terrace. There is a built-in BBQ and a gazebo. The pool can be heated.
The holiday home has an annexe for 6 persons (not always available), that can be rented in combination with the holiday home. (Casa Alria CA 341-1 accommodates 10 persons and Casa Alria and annexe, CA 341-2 accommodates 16 persons).
Holiday home Casa Alria is completely fenced and offers lots of privacy. There is a garage for two cars.
Location
Approx. 1,5 km. from Carvoeiro centre, only 1000 mtr. from the beach. It is a 3 min. drive to the centre of Carvoeiro and 45 min. to Faro airport. Three golf courses within a 10 min. drive. Beach at walking distance, but also accessible by car.
