This beautiful villa is situated in Guadalmina Baja, close to the Guadalmina Golf Club and only 3 km. from the beach.
The villa was built in 1967 and has been completely renovated in 1998. The lovely enclosed garden offers complete privacy.
Villa Bermuda comprises two floors. The entrance is on the first floor. The entrance hall leads into the spacious sitting room with comfortable sofas and armchairs. The adjoining dining room seats 8. The spacious fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances.
There is a guest toilet. Further on this floor a double bedroom with ensuuite bathroom.
On the lower floor on garden level, there are three double bedrooms. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, the other two share one bathroom. All bedrooms open onto the garden and swimming pool.
The lounge opens onto a large covered terrace with comfortable terrace furniture and a large dining table with chairs for al fresco dining. There is a gas BBQ.
The terrace commands beautiful views of the surroundings. Steps lead down from the terrace to the garden with pool. The (heated) swimming pool (11 x 4,5 mtr.) has roman steps and a pool shower. Next to the swimmingpool is a (heated) jacuzzi. The garden is a delight with lots of mediterranean plants and trees.
The villa has airconditioning (hot and cold) in all rooms. There is parking space for 4 cars. No pets.

Villa Bermuda is located between San Pedro de Alcantara and Estepona, close to the sea. It is approx. 10 min. by car to Puerto Banus with large shopping centre, 15 min. to Marbella and 45 min. to Malaga airport. Close to the Guadalmina Golf Club. Six golf courses within a 10 min. drive. 15 minutes walking distance to the centrum San Pedro de Alcantara.
