The villa conmprises 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room with fire place and separate dining area, lovingly furnished with lots of antiques. This room opens onto a large covered terrace with comfortable terrace furniture and breathtaking sea views. Further on this floor a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washing machine and a guest lavatory. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms, one twin bedroom and two shower rooms. One of the bedrooms opens onto a terrace with sea view. 

The garden is a delight with lots of subtropicla flowers and plants. At the bottom of the garden there is a large, furnished terrace overlooking the bay. Here you will find a large jacuzzi (3 mtr. diameter) with hot and cold water, an outdoor shower and lavatory. Villa Annette has airconditioning, ADSL internet and private parking on the grounds.

Villa Annette is for rent on the bay of Mazzaro on Sicily, only 200 mtr. from the beach and 400 mtr. from the cable car to Taormina. Catania airport 50 km.
