Holiday villa Nella is situated in the hills between Menaggio and Pianello sul Lago, only 500 m. from the lake. The villa comprises 3 floors.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining room with fire place and satellite TV and a modern kitchen with dining table. The living area opens onto a covered terrace with dining facilities and a beautiful view of the lake.

On the mezzanine there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms have direct access to garden and pool.

On the top floor there are another 3 bedrooms with superb views across the lake and 1 bathroom.

The basement comprises a sauna, bathroom with shower, pool billiard table, a table tennis table and a pizza oven, for professional use only. A pizza chef can be booked on request. Furthermore there is a play area for small children.

In the well-tended garden lies the private pool (11 x 5) with diving board. The pool is surrounded by a large lawn with sun beds.
